Atri Dutta is a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Princeton University.  He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009. His research interests are:

  • Optimal control of aerospace systems
  • Integer programming based approaches for control
  • Coordinated task assignment for multi-agent systems
  • Optimization of space operations
  • Design of next-generation space systems

He is currently investigating the potential of incorporating all-electric propulsion in telecommunication satellites. During his Ph.D., he developed new cooperative and non-cooperative strategies to refuel multiple satellites in circular constellations.
