I am very open to collaborations. That's how science progresses !
Currently, I am looking for collaborators to work with them on the following projects:
- The ultrastructure of neuronal cytoskeleton and action potential dynamics: The axon initial segment has a strikingly periodic arrangement of cytoskeletal proteins (e.g. actin) and ion channels (e.g. sodium channels). I am interested to investigate the role played by the periodic arrangement of sodium channels to action potential initiation and propagation using biophysically realistic multi-compartment models .
If you are interested in any of these projects or have other ideas, don't hesitate to email me to delve more into the details: ahady@princeton.edu
