Maddalena Ferranna

Maddalena Ferranna is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Values and Public Policy at the University Center for Human Values and Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University. She is mainly interested in issues of intra- and inter-generational equity in relation to environmental risks, such as natural disasters and climate change.

Her current research focuses on the development of new risk management tools that include both efficiency and equity considerations, and on the design of optimal climate policies in the presence of risk and inequality. Ferranna holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics (France).
