I’m a first year PhD student in philosophy at Princeton University. Before this, I was a BPhil student at the University of Oxford, Jesus College, where I worked under the supervision of Timothy Williamson and Roger Crisp. Before that, I was an undergraduate at Lancaster University.

My main interests are in epistemology. I’m mostly interested in topics at the intersection between formal and informal epistemology. For example, I’m currently exploring the relevance of measures of information from information theory and cognate disciplines for accuracy-first epistemology and the theory of inquiry. I also have side-interests in ethics, especially value theory, and in decision theory as a tool to address at least some of the issues that arise within epistemology and ethics.
