I'm a second-year PhD student at the Department of Philosophy. My main area is early modern philosophy, as I'm intrigued by the interactions and interconnections between science and philosophy during that age. I mostly focus on the prominent European figures that best embody such interrelations, e.g. Leibniz, Spinoza, Hobbes and Descartes, although figures from other periods and places interest me as well. Besides history of philosophy, I also try my best to keep up with contemporary discussions in the philosophies of sciences.
Before coming to Princeton, I obtained my BA (2015, Yuanpei College) and MA (2018, Department of Philosophy) at Peking University.
