Welcome! I am a PhD student in Demography and Social Policy at Princeton University, focused on international migration in developing countries. Specific interests include how foreign aid and economic development affect migration, migration policy as a tool for development, historical migration trends, and migration statistics (more details under Research). I am a graduate fellow in the Princeton Migration Research Lab.

Before coming to Princeton, I spent three years with the Center for Global Development in Washington DC, working on a range of migration research and policy initiatives. I am still engaged with migration policy work through the International Organization for Migration and Overseas Development Institute. Please see the About Me tab for more!
