PWiGS workshop for GEO/AOS on implicit bias

Following on Dr. Banaji's lecture on April 13th, PWiGS will host a workshop on implicit bias on Thursday April 20th at 4:00 pm in Guyot 220.

Regardless of whether or not you were able to attend Dr. Banaji's lecture, we encourage you to join us to learn more about implicait bias, test yourself for biases (we are scientists after all!), and discuss strategies for countering the effects of implicit bias.

Mahzarin Banaji is the Richard Clarke Cabot Professor of Social Ethics in the Department of Psychology at Harvard. She has worked extensively on implicit bias.
