I joined the graduate program in 2016, earning my M.A. in January of 2019.  Before coming to Princeton I received a B.A. with distinction in philosophy from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.  Between St. Olaf and Princeton I spent a year teaching English at a Gymnasium in the German Odenwald.  My main interests are in Nietzsche, ethics, and the history of philosophy more generally.  Outside of philosophy my hobbies include training with barbells and supporting the Green Bay Packers.
